EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day returns policy for items, in which you are able to exchange for another size or get a store credit for your unwanted item; provided the item is not worn, altered or washed and has the swing tags still attached. All returns postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
No exchange or return on sale items.
All sale shoes are shipped without boxes. If you wish to have the boxes posted with them, please email to organise shipping.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and before packing & dispatching your items we carefully inspect & pack your item/s ensuring they are delivered to you in perfect condition.
Jac n Jean reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition with tags attached. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on pierced jewellery, underwear, undergarments or swimwear, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
Please note Online Credit Notes are Strictly Valid for 48 Calendar Months. Online Credit Notes can be redeemed via Jac n Jean online or Jac n Jean store. We suggest our customers send returns via registered post or Express Post & items must be received by us within 14 days after item was delivered with all the accompanying requirements stated above.
